Laser Operator Location: Hawley, MN Full-Time: 45-hour work week Compensation: DOE About Us: Rapat Corporation, a family-owned manufacturer with over 50 years of expertise, delivers high-quality industrial products and solutions. We are seeking a Laser Operator to join our team! Shift Details:Mon-Thu: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PMFri: Overtime as needed Key Responsibilities:Read blueprints and use a protractorVerify specs and perform tooling changesDo inspections and routine maintenanceAssist with troubleshooting and repairsStage parts for next operationOperate machinery: shear, drill press, forklift, punch pressOperate Fiber Laser Use nesting software What you'll need: High school diploma or GED1 year of related educationForklift and overhead crane experienceNC/CNC equipment knowledgeBasic computer skillsAbility to read blueprints and job orders Benefits:Competitive pay based on experienceHealth insurance401(k) retirement planPaid holidaysProfit sharing APPLY NOW! to become part of the Rapat family.
