AR Billing Administrator

Our client in the North Dallas area is seeking an AR Billing Administrator to join their AR Billing Department! The AR Billing Administrator will have experience in the following. Duties and responsibilities: Generate a high volume of invoices for AR billing purposes Execute billing via manual invoicing, contractual billing, and vendor portals Respond to billing inquires and coordinate past-due payments Provide dispute resolution on AR discrepancies Resolve misapplied payments and billing issues Requirements: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
