Lead Product Insights Analyst

Transforming product strategy through data-driven insights, the full-time Lead Product Insights Analyst will manage end-to-end product analytics, analyze user behavior, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmap priorities in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end product analytics by defining metrics and delivering actionable insights to inform product strategy Analyze user behavior and product performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Develop and maintain self-service analytics solutions, including dashboards and KPI frameworks, for real-time product health visibility Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in product analytics or business intelligence, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment Expert-level SQL skills and proficiency with BI visualization tools, such as Tableau Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms, preferably Pendo Strong grounding in statistical analysis and data interpretation Familiarity with modern cloud data warehouses like GCP/BigQuery or Snowflake
