CNA - ATL, GA - $18 PER HR

Overview Position: CNA - ATL, GA - $18 PER HR at Collage Rehabilitation Partners Shifts are 12-hour shifts: 7a-7p and 7p-7a. Pay: $18 per hour. CNA’s are needed in the Atlanta area and must be certified. Responsibilities Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents (showering, bathing, dressing, eating). Help clients take prescribed medication and assist with ambulation. Assist with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.). Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals, and help with physical therapy exercises. Complete client shopping or accompany them to do so successfully. Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents. Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency. Offer activities essential for daily living by assisting patients with meals and related tasks as needed. Qualifications Enjoy working one-on-one and be eager to improve and learn new skills. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and perform job-related duties. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Compassionate and supportive demeanor. Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends. Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care (minimum 1 year). Willingness to enforce health and safety standards. High School Diploma or equivalent; experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or HHA; or completion of a CNA program. Hoyer Lift experience (if applicable to client).
