Accounting & Tax Analyst

Job Description
- Prepare individual and business tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120-S.
- Maintain client general ledgers and prepare adjusting journal entries.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, payroll, and balance-sheet accounts.
- Prepare financial statements, tax workpapers, depreciation schedules, and supporting reports.
- Review client records for accuracy, completeness, and tax compliance.
- Assist with bookkeeping, payroll tax, sales tax, estimated taxes, and Forms 1099.
- Communicate with clients to collect documents and resolve accounting or tax questions.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and one to three years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong Excel, QuickBooks, analytical, organizational, and communication skills required.
