Tier 3 Support Analyst

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in Tier 3 IT technical support and endpoint infrastructure administration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft SCCM/MECM for application packaging, deployments, and OSD task sequences.

• Experience with VMware AirWatch or Workspace ONE console administration and mobile asset management.

• Experience in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) session administration and connectivity troubleshooting.

• Experience with custom OS imaging, restricted user environment lockdown, and beta software testing.

• Experience in Active Directory directory services, endpoint security controls, and hardware evaluations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex Tier 3 hardware, software, and network operating system escalations across enterprise environments.

• Build, maintain, and execute automated application packages and OSD task sequences using SCCM.

• Administer mobile device profiles, asset inventories, and management policies within the AirWatch console.

• Troubleshoot and support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) user sessions, latency issues, and broker connections.

• Maintain, test, and customize secure operating system image builds for specialized institutional endpoints.

• Conduct interoperability testing and evaluate beta application releases to support system migrations.

• Review IT hardware procurement specifications and collaborate with support teams to document technical resolutions.
