Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Telemetry

Location: Mayfield Heights, OH
Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced acute care team. The ideal candidate will have strong telemetry experience, excellent patient assessment skills, and the ability to provide high-quality care in a medical-surgical setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
Ensure compliance with patient safety and quality standards
Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patient condition

Requirements

Minimum 18 Months of Recent Permanent Med/Surg Telemetry Experience
Active Ohio RN License or Compact License Required
AHA BLS Certification Required
AHA ACLS Certification Required
Strong Telemetry and Acute Care Experience Required
