Lead a Dedicated Therapy Team
We are seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead a talented and collaborative therapy team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed therapist who is passionate about patient outcomes, team development, and delivering exceptional rehabilitative care.
Responsibilities

• Oversee daily rehabilitation department operations
  
  
• Lead and support therapy staff
  
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation standards
  
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs
  
  
• Monitor patient outcomes and quality initiatives
  
  
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care planning
  
  
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management
  
  
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on exceptional resident care

QualificationsRequired

• Licensed PT, OT, ST, PTA, or COTA (or eligible for state licensure)
  
  
• Graduate of an accredited therapy program
  
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  
  
• Commitment to quality patient care and team collaboration

Preferred

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  
  
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or rehabilitation experience
  
  
• Knowledge of Medicare and rehabilitation regulations
