Environmental Compliance Manager

Leading a global environmental compliance program, the full-time remote Environmental Compliance Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure products meet evolving global environmental regulations while fostering cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities: Lead a global team of environmental compliance engineers and data specialists, establishing priorities and ensuring accountability across regulatory analysis and compliance data management Drive global environmental compliance strategy for product regulations, monitoring developments and translating complex requirements into actionable guidance Oversee environmental compliance support throughout the product lifecycle, partnering with various business units to integrate compliance requirements into development processes Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience Legal authorization to work in Canada or the US is required Typically requires 5+ years of management experience Experience in regulatory interpretations and advising on market access questions Ability to represent the organization in external forums and regulatory engagements
