A leading international law firm is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate to join its sophisticated and growing national M&A practice in Denver. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong transactional experience to work alongside market-leading practitioners on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

✨ What You Will Work On

\n

\n
• Advise public and private companies, strategic investors, and private equity sponsors on M&A transactions.
\n
• Draft and negotiate sophisticated transaction documents.
\n
• Manage due diligence and lead transaction workstreams.
\n
• Handle mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
\n
• Work on complex matters involving public and private companies, securities laws, and corporate law.
\n

\n

✅ They are looking for:

\n
• 3 - 6 years of substantial M&A experience.
\n
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
\n
• Experience with public or private company M&A preferred.
\n
• Familiarity with federal securities laws and/or Delaware corporate law is a plus.
\n
• Excellent analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Ability to manage workstreams, work independently, and collaborate with sophisticated deal teams.
\n
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the applicable state bar.
\n

Compensation & Benefits: $260,000–$390,000 annually , commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus annual performance-based and discretionary bonus opportunities .
