Nashville Nissan is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual for the role of Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients who visit our dealership for car maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
• Provide accurate and detailed information about recommended services and repairs
• Work closely with the service team to ensure prompt and efficient completion of repairs
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process
• Make recommendations additional services as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Follow up with customers after their service visit to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
• Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming products and services offered by the dealership
• Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and customer service abilities
• Familiarity with automotive technical terminology is a plus
• Must work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must possess a positive and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends, as needed
