1. Electrical work experience and electrical troubleshooting skills.
2. Ability to bend conduit, size wires and breakers, perform aerial work, trace circuits, wire and hang transformers, and install bus plugs.
3. Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, with knowledge of sensors, motors, relays, connectors, and power supplies.

Will work alongside the Facilities Electrician to perform electrical installations, repairs, and facility maintenance activities. Many tasks will be completed independently with direction provided for routine assignments. In addition to electrical work, the role includes facilities support such as equipment repairs, hanging monitors/TVs, general construction tasks, moving and installing equipment, and installation of data and air lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting in an industrial/facility environment.
• Bend conduit, size wires and breakers, trace circuits, wire and hang transformers, and install bus plugs.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Work with common electrical components including sensors, motors, relays, connectors, and power supplies.
• Support machine installations and electrical modifications.
• Perform aerial work using lifts and safely access rooftops using ladders.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintain safe work practices.
• Perform facility maintenance tasks including equipment repairs, monitor/TV installations, general construction work, moving equipment, and installing data and air lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility operations and projects.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on electrical work experience and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to bend conduit and properly size wires and circuit breakers.
• Experience tracing circuits, wiring transformers, and installing bus plugs.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of sensors, motors, relays, connectors, and power supplies.
• Experience working from aerial lifts and climbing ladders when required.
• Understanding of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and electrical safety practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• General industrial maintenance or facilities experience.
• Experience with machine installations.
• Understanding of industrial fire codes.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
