Overview
Interventional Radiology Tech travel assignment in Los Angeles, CA, United States. Start 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,524–$2,607 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12 nights. Setting: Home Healthcare – Hospice.

Responsibilities
- Perform and assist with Cardiac and Vascular radiographic examinations, including active interventional procedures in the cardiovascular lab.
- Operate imaging equipment to produce digital images, position and instruct patients, and ensure image quality according to protocols.
- Assist physicians with specialized interventional procedures, including catheterization; monitor patient status and safety; maintain sterile technique.
- Provide clinical care with strong technical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills; mentor and train staff on technical skills; participate in team development and, when appropriate, hiring decisions.
- Maintain equipment, documentation, and radiation safety records; support on-call coverage as assigned.

Requirements
- Current Radiologic Technologist (RT) license in the state of practice (California) required.
- ARRT certification preferred; Radiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice required.
- Associate degree in radiologic technology or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology or related field preferred.
- At least two years of recent experience in the field; experience as a Special Procedures Technologist preferred.
- CPR certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy; Fluoroscopy (FLUORO) certification required; Hospital safety certifications PVMB/TEAM/CPI and HLFS required.
- Ability to work in a home healthcare – hospice setting and participate in interventional radiology procedures.
