We're hiring Warehouse Associates!

Our client in North Haven, CT is looking for hard-working, motivated talent to join their team as Warehouse Associates . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with multiple openings starting August 9, 2026 . Don’t wait — apply today!

What’s in it for you?

Pay: $18.00 per hour (overtime available at 1.5x base hourly rate)
Schedule:
- 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- 4 days per week (schedule varies)
- 32 hours per week

What will you be doing?

Picking customer orders accurately
Packing products for shipment
Loading and unloading freight
Assisting with general warehouse operations
Following warehouse safety procedures

What do you bring to the job?

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Previous warehouse experience
Proficiency in tasks like picking, packing, loading, and unloading
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Reliable transportation to meet the 5:30 AM start time
Steel-toe shoes (must be provided by you)
Job requires a pre-employment drug and background
screening
Basic English proficiency (Spanish-only candidates welcome with basic English)
