This is not a traditional insurance sales position. You'll train in an innovative training facility with access to Farmers' industry-leading systems, proven processes, hands-on coaching, and the full support of one of the nation's most recognized insurance organizations.

Responsibilities

Farmers Insurance has engaged Kelly OCG as its talent acquisition provider for this development program. Participants are employed by Kelly OCG while receiving Farmers-sponsored training, mentorship, licensing support, and career development opportunities.

• Obtain your Property Casualty Insurance License through the sponsored licensing program
• Generate quotes and recommend insurance solutions
• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, and Umbrella Insurance products
• Build and strengthen customer relationships
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Learn key performance metrics and business fundamentals
• Gain exposure to marketing, leadership, recruiting, sales management and growth strategies

Year One - Employed by Kelly OCG on assignment with Farmers Insurance

• Complete licensing requirements
• Learn sales strategies and customer relationship management
• Develop production skills through structured training and mentorship
• Achieve performance goals while building a strong foundation for success

Year Two - Employed by Kelly OCG for Assignment with Farmers Insurance

• Continue building your book of business
• Strengthen leadership capabilities
• Expand industry knowledge and professional expertise
• Gain greater exposure to business operations and growth strategies

Requirements

• Active Property Casualty License required
• Life Health License preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of sales and customer-facing experience
• Proven ability to meet goals and achieve results
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain insurance coverages and solutions in a clear, customer-friendly manner
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable networking and developing new business opportunities
• Interest in professional growth and advancing within the insurance industry
