Job Title

Registered Nurse – Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) / Outpatient Clinic

Location

Burbank, CA | Outpatient / Ambulatory Cardiology Office

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) | Onsite | No Weekends | No On-Call

Key Responsibilities

• Support the EP Device Division by utilizing MURJ for remote device reports and alerts management
• Provide higher-level patient advice and clinical guidance in support of the back-office Medical Assistant team
• Triage urgent patient symptoms and escalate care as appropriate within an ambulatory cardiology setting
• Supervise and oversee Stress Tests conducted within the clinic
• Manage consult and follow-up visits for adult cardiac patients in an outpatient environment
• Document and chart all patient interactions and clinical activities using EPIC

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid California RN license required ; compact license must be in hand at time of submission (pending licenses accepted only if obtained within 2 weeks of application)
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
• Ability to commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• All time-off requests must be submitted upfront at the time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• Must reside within 50 miles of the facility; local candidates are accepted
• Background must be clear of Nursys or background check hits per facility policy
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• EP (Electrophysiology) RN experience strongly preferred
• Device management experience highly preferred
• EP Tech experience is a strong plus
• Prior experience in an outpatient or ambulatory cardiology setting
