About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance, Treasurer (VP CFO) to serve as its chief financial officer and lead all financial management activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing fiscal strategies to ensure the institution's financial strength and support its mission. This includes short and long-range financial planning, budget modeling, risk management, and investment oversight. The VP CFO will also be a key liaison to the Board of Trustees, partner with senior leadership on strategic priorities, and align financial operations with the institution's technology and digital transformation strategy. The role demands a leader with a strong background in higher education finance, exceptional financial and administrative management skills, and a commitment to the values and culture of the institution.
