Job Details Job Duties and Qualifications: Focus primarily on land use litigation, especially handling petitions for writ of mandate. Draft writs, oppositions, and other court filings; may require guidance initially, but independence is preferred. Collaborate with consultants on administrative land use processes across multiple cities. Represent clients primarily in developer-focused matters, navigating entitlement approvals and city processes. Qualifications: Minimum 2-4 years of focused land use litigation experience, or 10+ years of high-level litigation experience. Specific experience with petitions for writ of mandate required.
