Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) in the Sarasota County area. If you’re looking for more control over your schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to increase your income based on productivity, this is the role for you.

Coverage Area: Sarasota / Sarasota County

(Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)

Compensation & Earning Potential

Average full-time earnings: $95,000 – $120,000+

Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
Educate patients and caregivers on safety and recovery
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
Complete documentation using streamlined technology
Health insurance (starts after 30 days)
PTO begins accruing on day one
Flexible employment options: Full-time, Modified Full-Time, PRN, or 1099

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
