Job Overview Position: Material Handling/Receiving and Clean Operations at Dal‑Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries. Join our team to support plant operations and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and organization. Responsibilities Operate powered industrial trucks to receive materials into the plant and prepare them for stocking. Collaborate with the receiving clerk and other departments to ensure all shipments are unloaded in a timely manner. Maintain any paperwork obtained from freight lines and forward it to the appropriate person. Verify quantities on Bill of Lading documents signed for incoming trucks. Catalog items received in designated areas, following 5S and visual workplace standards. Operate powered floor scrubbers to keep floor surfaces clean and inspect equipment for peak performance. Follow safety guidelines and operating parameters set by equipment manufacturers. Monitor equipment and processes, reporting issues to supervisor. Maintain daily sign‑off sheets for all equipment operated. Follow standard operating and safety procedures. Keep work area safe, clean, and organized. Perform other related duties as required.
