You will partner closely with product, marketing, finance, operations, and data teams to align insights to business priorities. Your work will be highly visible and used to inform partnership strategy, value proposition decisions, and customer experience enhancements.Job responsibilitiesExecute analytics to assess and improve portfolio performance across acquisition economics, spend, engagement, retention, and attritionDevelop measurement approaches to identify key drivers of performance and quantify opportunity sizeTranslate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for partnership strategy, rewards optimization, and customer experience enhancementsBuild and maintain recurring partner reporting and performance narratives for senior stakeholdersPresent insights and recommendations to senior management and partner executives in clear, decision-ready formatsPartner with cross-functional teams to align analyses to business priorities and drive outcomesMaintain a rigorous controls environment by ensuring data accuracy, documentation, and adherence to data governance standardsAutomate and scale analytics using modern tools to improve efficiency, repeatability, and reliabilityRequired qualifications, capabilities and skillsBachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 2+ years of applied data analytics experience, or an advanced degree and two years of applied experienceAdvanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasetsExperience using statistical and analytics tools (Python, R, or SAS) to conduct analysis and communicate insightsStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business questions into testable analysesDemonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesStrong stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing decisions through data-driven recommendationsProven collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams and levels of seniorityHigh attention to detail and a controls mindset, with experience ensuring accuracy and compliance in analytics outputsPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skillsExperience in credit card analytics, consumer lending, or paymentsExperience supporting co-brand partnerships, loyalty, or rewards analyticsExperience with visualization and big data tools (for example, Tableau, Spark, or Hadoop)Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
