Working Carpenter Foreman – Lead Residential Projects

Job Overview:

• Salary/Pay Rate: $30 to $45 per hour (based on experience)
• Location: Swedesboro, NJ

• Project Scope: Residential New Construction & Repairs

The Opportunity

You will serve as a key working foreman and field leader, driving high-quality residential construction and site repairs for a supportive, family-owned business. This role grants you the autonomy to manage job sites while performing hands-on, well-rounded carpentry. How You Will Make an Impact

• Perform skilled carpentry tasks including building steps, executing quality trim work, and performing siding repairs.
• Construct, repair, and maintain a broad variety of interior and exterior elements within new construction homes.
• Execute precise drywall spackling, interior painting, and home appliance installations to complete project phases.
• Inspect active job sites daily and submit detailed progress reports using mobile applications.
• Supervise daily field operations as a working foreman to ensure projects meet strict quality standards.
• Utilize mobile communication devices and applications to coordinate field activities and maintain job site transparency.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Valid driver's license.
• English language proficiency for team and client communication.
• High proficiency using mobile phones and job-related software applications.
• Comprehensive skills across carpentry, drywall spackling, painting, siding repair, and appliance installation.
• Proven ability to build steps and execute precision trim work.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 10 years of related residential construction experience.
• Prior background managing or supervising residential new construction projects.
• Experience working effectively as a hands-on field foreman.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay rate ranging from $30 to $45 per hour.
