In this role, you’ll be focusing on new business development, selling specialized geohazard solutions within oil & gas, across Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, and California. You’ll monitor emerging hazards and industry news to spot opportunities, advise clients, and present tailored solutions while managing your schedule autonomously, with a company vehicle and credit card provided. This role includes 50% travel, as well as uncapped 1% commission on $6‑8M annual targets and guaranteed commissions for the first six months, with top performers exceeding $300K. This role would suit a Business Development Manager with geohazard experience within oil & gas, looking to spearhead a lucrative territory, receive industry‑leading training and unrivalled career progression.
