Position Overview

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms and resort accommodations are clean, comfortable, and prepared to the highest standards. Your work directly impacts guest satisfaction and plays a critical role in the overall guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and assigned areas according to resort standards
• Make beds and replace linens and towels
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, tubs, sinks, countertops, and fixtures
• Vacuum carpets and rugs and clean hard-surface flooring
• Dust and polish furniture, décor, and fixtures
• Restock guest room amenities and housekeeping supplies
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, and safety hazards promptly
• Ensure all guest rooms meet cleanliness and quality standards before occupancy
• Follow all resort safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures
• Assist with special cleaning projects and additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, resort, or cleaning experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow in a hospitality environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• English communication skills required
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply
