Tap into the professional possibilities of Enterprise Products Company.We are seeking a Senior Developer with proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform’s suites of tools to lead the design and development of custom, low-code business applications, automated workflows, and data visualizations. This role provides technical leadership, establishes standards working together with our Solution Architect, Quality Engineers and other developers, andcollaborates with business users to deliver scalable, secure and high-quality solutions.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead design and development of custom applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and DataversePartner with architects and engineering teams to define solution architecture, data models, and integration patternsEstablish standards, and best practices in the adoption and usage of Power Platform.Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and solution approachEnsure compliance with security, DLP policies, and SOX controlsDesign integrations with APIs, GraphQL, SQL Server, Azure services, and .NET applicationsProvide technical leadership and mentorshipIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvementQualificationsThe successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience7+ years of application development or systems analysis experience5+ years of hands-on development experience using Power Platform toolsProven expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, and DataverseExperience designing enterprise solutions and integrationsStrong requirements gathering and solution design skillsExperience with REST APIs, GraphQL, web services, and SQL Server Experience with Azure DevOpsPreferrred:Experience with Power BI, Power Pages, and advanced Dataverse designWorking knowledge of .NET Core, Web APIs, and modern front-end frameworks (React and Angular)Experience with CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Experience mentoring or leading team membersWorking knowledge of UiPath or other RPA toolsJob Field: Information TechnologyOrganization: Info TechShift: Day JobJob Level: Individual ContributorTravel: Yes, 10 % of the Time
