Key Qualifications:

  • Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Colorado.

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for diverse student needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Develop and administer evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each student’s goals.
  • Collaborate with educational teams, families, and other professionals to support student success in the school setting.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with district policies and all applicable regulations.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise and helping families navigate available resources.
  • Offer consultation and strategies for classroom teachers to support student communication skills.
