Full-Time Physical Therapist

Location: Greenwood, Missouri
Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist
Annual Salary: $90,000–$100,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This full-time Physical Therapist position is designed for a clinician who wants to help patients improve movement, strength, balance, and daily function through structured, goal-based care. You will work with patients who may be recovering from injuries, surgeries, pain conditions, or physical setbacks. The role includes patient evaluation, treatment planning, hands-on care, exercise instruction, documentation, and regular progress review.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical abilities, movement patterns, pain levels, and functional limits
• Build care plans that support recovery, mobility, and long-term function
• Lead patients through therapeutic exercises, stretching, strengthening, and functional activities
• Provide manual therapy and other appropriate interventions within scope of practice
• Reassess progress and update goals throughout the treatment process
• Educate patients on safe movement, posture, home exercises, and prevention strategies
• Complete documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Missouri
• Previous outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to manage a full patient schedule while maintaining quality care
