Our Program The Summer program is a 10‑week program designed to provide Summer Analysts with a unique opportunity to gain exposure to life at Bank of America and also make significant contributions to the team. The program begins with a week‑long in‑person orientation and induction to the firm with networking opportunities. Summer Analysts are given a true associate experience, as assignments mirror full‑time responsibilities and include goal‑setting and a formal review process. Although the role you take on may vary, every intern will have the opportunity for robust learning through trainings, professional development, networking events, volunteer activities, speaker series, and more. During your 10 weeks, you'll strengthen key skills to help jump‑start your career and make a real impact on our business from day one. Education Considered candidates are required to be pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree from an accredited college or university. Eligible candidates must have a graduation timeframe between November2027 and August2028. Degree Type : Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree Considered candidates should be in their penultimate year of school. Master’s candidates should not have more than 0 years of experience. Graduation Dates : November2027 – August2028 Major/Course of Study : Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar degree of relevance. GPA : 3.5 minimum GPA preferred. Candidates for our Global Technology programs should possess Fundamental knowledge and understanding of programming languages, data visualization tools, application frameworks, distributed systems, and databases. Ability to deal with ambiguity, including various work assignments and changing priorities. Strong influencing skills with the ability to influence both vertically and horizontally. Assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, and a team attitude. Distinguished written and oral communication skills. High level of intellectual curiosity, drive for excellence, and commitment to sustainable results. Students should hold strong academic and technical skills in Microsoft Office and show proficiencies in leadership, teamwork, problem‑solving, analytical skills, verbal and written communication, and professionalism. Our Recruitment Process Analyst internship and full‑time recruiting takes place on a rolling basis once applications are open until the deadline. Business Analyst Business Analysts are responsible for capturing and refining business requirements by working with stakeholders to understand their needs. They devise creative and technical problem‑solving solutions and work cross‑functionally with the Development Team to execute ideas and document processes and workflows. The specific team is assigned mid‑spring, offering the ability to work on real‑time, business‑critical needs. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Working with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, and capture requirements. Gather and catalog functional, non‑functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests. Working closely with the development team(s) to refine the requirements into specifications that can be executed by the team. Document processes, procedures, and workflows. Create and maintain training materials for end‑users. Possess foundational understanding of the business/technical domain based on specialization. Recommended Skillsets Basic proficiency in Agile Methodology, Process Improvement, Excel. Familiarity with Tableau, Hadoop, JIRA, Confluence, SSRS, Splunk, SQL, Visio, etc. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence vertically, horizontally, and cross‑functionally. Prior coursework and/or internship experience and interest in project management and/or technology consulting.
