Quality Engineering Co-Op, Summer 2027

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Quality Engineering Co-op for summer 2027 in Cincinnati to support MedTech product development. The role involves collaborating on quality projects, applying statistical analysis, developing documentation, and working across engineering teams to ensure safe and effective medical devices.
Responsibilities
- Support and perform risk management activities on quality engineering projects
- Apply statistical techniques to analyze product development data
- Develop training materials, procedures, and work instructions for teams
- Collaborate with quality, development, test, and design engineers on project assignments
- Support verification that developed products are safe and effective for patient use
Requirements
- Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical Engineering, or similar discipline
- Completed at least one year of degree program by August 2027; graduation after December 2027
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Authorized to work in United States; no visa sponsorship required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong written and oral communication
- Able to work independently and collaboratively on multiple concurrent tasks
Compensation: $23.50–$52.50/hr
