Ejecutivo de Ventas - HVAC

Job Opportunity In Miramar, Florida

We are looking for a professional with a clear commercial profile and experience in the sale of projects and equipment in the HVAC sector whose main function will be to increase sales in the assigned area, plan commercial activities, detect business opportunities, and introduce our HVAC solutions in the regional market.

To achieve this, you will:

• Maintain and develop a portfolio of clients, with the aim of promoting the sale of HVAC projects and equipment from Johnson Controls.
• Conduct technical studies to offer equipment replacement based on energy and operational savings (ROI).
• Prepare economic proposals/budgets for projects.
• Provide talks to customers that help market our digital solutions associated with HVAC.
• Plan periodic visits to customers within the Puerto Rico region.

We are looking for:

• Exclusive requirements (education, years of experience, skills)
• Engineering in Electromechanics or Mechanics
• Experience in technical sales in the HVAC world, IR, or related technologies.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in selling projects and equipment.
• Experience in sales, with prior knowledge of the markets and client portfolio in Puerto Rico.
• Availability to travel outside the country for 10% of the time.
• Intermediate English.

Desirable requirements:

• Technical aptitude and knowledge towards technology. Professional organization, with good communication skills.
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
• Commercial skills, experience in regular client interaction.
• Experience in selling complex and large-scale projects.

Base salary: $42,000 annually

Commissions: from 40%
