Customer Service Specialist On-Site | Full-Time | 8:30 AM 5:30 PM Shift Monday Friday | 8:30 AM 5:30 PM Top 3 Skills Customer-facing order management in a manufacturing or production environment - tracking orders from placement through delivery Data entry and analysis using Microsoft Excel - reporting, inventory tracking, and identifying order issues before they escape Cross-functional coordination between customers, sales, and production teams with clear, proactive communication What You’ll Do Own a portfolio of customer accounts - processing orders, managing schedules, and making sure deliveries hit on time Proactively track order activity and inventory levels, flagging potential issues before they become problems Facilitate quotes and pricing requests Generate reports and share data directly with customers Handle outside purchases for materials and services tied to customer projects Support quality issue resolution by gathering information and coordinating with the quality team Serve as the connector between customers, sales, credit, and collections What We Need From You Solid experience in customer service, order management, or account coordination - manufacturing environment preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook Strong data entry skills with sharp attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication in English - you're the first point of contact Must be fully cleared prior to start - background check required before interviews are scheduled Bonus If You Have Experience with ERP or order management systems such as AS/400, JD Edwards, Salesforce, Amtech, or EDI platforms 1 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production-related industry Associate or bachelor's degree #J-18808-Ljbffr
