Key Responsibilities Full ownership of the product life cycle: strategy, roadmap, development, launch, pricing, and profitability. Lead new product development from market need definition (VOC) through mass production. Work closely with customers, utilities, distributors, and application engineers to understand real‑world applications. Conduct market, competitive, and pricing analysis to strengthen market position. Define value propositions, technical‑commercial messaging, and support sales and marketing activities. Own product documentation and marketing assets (catalogs, price lists, technical sales materials). Lead cross‑functional collaboration with R&D, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain. Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and innovation initiatives. Required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of Product Management experience in engineering‑driven, market‑facing industries such as Infrastructure, Water, Energy, Industrial Equipment, HVAC, Construction, or similar sectors. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Proven experience working at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and customers. Strong connection to the market: customer engagement, VOC, pricing, and competitive analysis. Ability to take full ownership, prioritize effectively, and drive complex initiatives to completion. Strong Advantages Experience in the water industry, utilities, or municipal infrastructure. Project management certification (PMP / PMI / IPMA). Experience in a global and regulated environment. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
