Overview

  • Seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to provide leave-of-absence coverage supporting enterprise customers utilizing Experience Cloud technologies. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor and central point of contact, helping customers maximize adoption, performance, and business value from solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including Director and VP-level executives
  • Translate business objectives into technical and operational plans
  • Coordinate customer adoption, optimization, and ongoing success initiatives
  • Lead customer discussions related to platform changes, upgrades, and complex technical environments
  • Drive resolution of critical technical issues and customer concerns
  • Provide proactive communication regarding upcoming releases, changes, and potential business impact
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Deliver status updates, recommendations, best practices, and strategic guidance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to advocate for customer needs
  • Manage expectations and maintain effective communication across customer and internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, customer success, technical account management, customer support, development, or related marketing technology roles
  • Strong customer-facing experience supporting enterprise-level clients
  • Experience leading executive-level customer conversations and presentations
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Experience with one or more of the following:
    • Java
    • SQL
    • JavaScript
    • AngularJS
    • jQuery
    • CSS
    • REST APIs
    • XML
    • Web server technologies
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Adobe Experience Cloud products
  • Experience with Marketo Engage
  • Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer B2C
  • Exposure to Real-Time CDP
  • Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform
  • Exposure to Adobe Target

Compensation

  • Pay Rate $54.37 per hour
