Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and counter tops. Maintain a positive demeanor in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities Reflect positively on the company and its staff. Communicate with all guests in a congenial manner. Communicate with Managers regarding operational issues. Ensure timeliness of operational deadlines and adherence to standards set in the Host Training Manual. Identify and correct areas of need within beverage service and dining area. Communicate company’s marketing efforts to guests. Contribute to overall morale of staff. Assist with staff training program for trainees in service area. Ensure safety and security of restaurant and staff. Ensure safety of guests by adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy. Treat all guests and staff with dignity and respect. Qualifications All employees must be available on Sundays on a rotating basis. Must be able to lift items up to 30 lbs. for distances up to 25 feet.
