Pay: $60,000 - $70,000/year

Schedule: Full-Time


Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Closing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating real estate closings while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service throughout the transaction process. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential and commercial real estate closings from contract to closing
• Review closing documents for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys throughout the transaction process
• Prepare and review settlement statements and related closing documents
• Ensure compliance with title insurance, lending, and regulatory requirements
• Manage multiple transactions and meet established deadlines
• Resolve issues that may arise before closing and facilitate smooth transactions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required
• Alabama Title Insurance License preferred
• Previous title, escrow, real estate, mortgage, or closing experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to efficiently prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple assignments while handling interruptions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and business partners
• Ability to communicate with tact, patience, and professionalism
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, and other standard business software
