Warehouse Associate

Job Summary


The Warehouse Associate is responsible for operating an order picker (up to 30 ft.) and sit-down forklift to pick, stage, and move inventory. This role involves handling shipping, receiving, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The position requires comfort working at heights and performing physical tasks.


Key Responsibilities

• Operate order picker (up to 30 ft.) and sit-down forklift
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment
• Perform inventory put-away and stock organization
• Load trucks manually or using pallet jacks
• Receive, verify, and stage incoming materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all warehouse safety and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recent warehouse experience
• 3-5 years of sit-down forklift experience
• 3-5 years of order picker experience
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
• bility to lift up to 35 lbs (team lift as needed)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management
