You will be responsible for turning our manufacturing goals into actionable schedules, ensuring that materials are available, timelines are met, and resources are optimized. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can bridge the gap between supply chain, engineering, and the production floor to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive production plans aligned with company objectivesUtilize production scheduling software (ERP/MRP/MES) to create, maintain, and optimize daily manufacturing schedulesCollaborate with senior management to develop long-term production strategies that scale with company growthYou should have the following5+ years of professional experience in production planning, manufacturing planning, supply chain planning, or operations planning within a manufacturing environmentHands-on experience with ERP, MRP, or MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, or similar) to develop and manage production schedulesDemonstrated experience building and maintaining production schedules, capacity plans, and material availability plans to meet manufacturing demandStrong data analysis and reporting skills using Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) to support forecasting and operational decision-makingProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to resolve production constraints and bottlenecksExperience monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and adjusting production plans to mitigate material shortages or delaysAbility to interpret production metrics and operational data to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize manufacturing throughputStrong organizational, scheduling, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple production priorities in a fast-paced environmentIntimate familiar with manufacturing and production lines: able to lift 25lb on the production line as neededNice to haveBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related technical fieldExperience working in high-tech manufacturing environments (e.g., aerospace, robotics, electronics, semiconductor, or advanced hardware manufacturing)Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologiesExperience supporting production scale-up, NPI (New Product Introduction), or rapid-growth manufacturing environmentsExposure to production capacity planning, demand forecasting, or sales & operations planning (S&OP) processesPMP certificationUS Salary Range$82,500 - $115,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
