Senior Product Owner

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Product Owner with experience in Agile best practices and client interactions to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a cross‑functional team to deliver high‑quality products that meet business objectives and enable commercial revenue requirements. You will collaborate closely with the team’s Product Manager and stakeholders to ensure that features are well-defined, prioritized, and delivered on schedule. Your work will be integral in aligning team activities with company goals and driving the execution of the team’s roadmap. Job Description Facilitate and manage team ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and weekly retrospectives. Author detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are fully understood and actionable by the development team. Define acceptance criteria and sign off on completed tickets to ensure quality and adherence to requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed on team progress, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback to inform future work. Work closely with the Product Manager to align on and execute the team roadmap, ensuring initiatives are on track and meeting business priorities. Track and report team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with company OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures), providing visibility into the team’s performance and areas for improvement. Ensure timely incident response and roadmap storytelling across a group of commercial stakeholders to support successful renewals, proofs of concept, and new client acquisitions. Qualifications Solid understanding and hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban. Demonstrated skill in written and verbal English communication, able to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Familiarity with software development processes and ability to translate product and technical requirements into actionable user stories. Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to design, test, and optimize API integrations. Ability to leverage data insights to measure progress, inform decisions, and optimize team performance. Demonstrated skill in anticipating and resolving conflicts and challenges to keep projects on track. Previous experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or similar role. Experience working with clients in product or a commercial discipline, including client‑facing roadmap narratives and incident/outage response. Other May be asked to undertake additional duties to those above, either on a temporary or permanent basis, which the Company reasonably believes you are capable of carrying out, or for which you will be trained. Relevant professional, ethical and health and safety standards apply to this role. Occasionally required to travel nationally and internationally. Additional Information This role has a market‑competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of 83,700.00 - 103,000.00 USD annually. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. The role may also be eligible for a sales‑based incentive or performance‑based bonus.
