Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Leominster, MA

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR position that provides weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, featuring superior equipment and competitive compensation. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while maintaining a consistent schedule that ensures you return home each week.

Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles while ensuring you maintain regular time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. Take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. Minimal physical work required, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers average $1,200 to $1,600 per week depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Routes covering Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky. All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning the first of the month following 60 days of employment. $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and 401(k) with 50% company match up to 3%. Passenger policy available after 30 days with age restrictions.
