Working for this leading academic medical center means collaboration with top clinical, technical and business professionals across all disciplines. Location: Princeton/Monroe, NJ. Hours: Mon/Wed/Thursday in Princeton: Monday/Wednesday (11:30 am – 8 pm); Thursday (Day shift – mostly, 8‑4:30 pm). The other 2 days will be in the Monroe location (Tuesday/Friday), mostly Day shift. Responsibilities Assess the physical therapy needs of the patient, prepare the rehabilitation plan of care, provide rehabilitation service, reassess and revise the plan as needed. Document care within designated time frames in the EMR and hand off problems and resolutions to the case manager and team. Incorporate economic factors in service delivery and maintain compliance with productivity standards. Participate in marketing and community education functions as requested. Plan and implement in‑service and continuing educational activities and consulting to facility personnel. Perform patient examination, evaluate clinical findings, and determine diagnosis and outcomes of care. Adapt delivery of care to reflect respect for and sensitivity to individual differences. Adhere to ethical practice standards, maintain confidentiality, and support customer service and performance improvement goals. Use support personnel in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines. Collaborate with other caregivers/staff to enhance patient care and services. Participate in unit compliance as related to established standards. Other duties and projects as assigned. Credentials Physical Therapist (Required) Active NJ License by the Board of Physical Therapy Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required), Current BLS certification from AHA approved course Driver's License (Required) NJ Driving License Education or Equivalent Experience Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required) 1+ years inpatient and outpatient work experience Master of Arts or Science (Preferred) 1+ years inpatient and outpatient work experience (for MS) Salary Range $36.56 – $58.30 per hour.
