AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

YOUR ROLE

A part‑time Brand Ambassador brings our brand to life daily. Your goal is to provide every guest who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company, proud of the brand, and passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work each day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they are looking for, with a "friends first" mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist teammates and help get the job done. Act with integrity, following AEO policies and procedures.

You love interacting with people. You are full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work evenings, weekends & holidays when guests shop. You love AE and Aerie products. You have prior retail experience. You are at least 16 years of age.

PAY / BENEFITS INFORMATION

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide real rewards at its discretion. Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, location, employment classification (part‑time or full‑time / exempt or non‑exempt), and years of service.
