Manager of Car Wash and Self-Storage –

We are a locally managed company specializing in self-storage and car washes and we appreciate our customer’s business and strive to offer the best customer service possible. It is our goal to make each experience a pleasant one by providing affordable, convenient and secure self-storage units and parking spaces.

We have a need for a Car Wash and Self-Storage Manager with 2+ years of storage/car wash experience who possesses excellent customer service and communication skills to join our team in Enid. You will receive the training needed to excel in one of the fastest growing industries and can be part of a fast-growing family business that rewards your hard work in managing a self-storage facility.

We are seeking an individual who is ambitious, process focused and professional to manage the facility as if it were their own. We place great emphasis on friendly, professional managers and our commitment to clean, secure, and well-maintained facilities. Our full-time manager is responsible for the daily operations of their facilities and reports to the area District Manager.  

Job Description for Self-Storage and Car Wash:

Responsible for phone, internet and walk-in inquiry conversions -  

Renting storage units & collecting payments 

Making collection calls & ensuring ARs are less than 3% each month

Maximizing occupancy and revenue

Overseeing all aspects of the operation of the facility

Responsible for customer service (rentals, payments, sales and customer issues)

Responsible for maintaining customer files and auction statuses

Responsible for maintaining and improving storage facility and car wash appearance

Maintain all chemicals, vending machines, vacuums and bays daily               

Responsible for 2-4x weekly bank runs/deposits

Light to heavy maintenance and clean-up work required for storage facilities & car wash

Responsible for cleaning units, buildings and car wash bays

Car Wash & Self-Storage management experience a plus

Stock and order product as needed

Order parts for car wash as needed             Maintain pay stations                                

Responsible for depositing all  cash/coins for car wash           

Maintain the mechanical room

+ General knowledge of painting, construction, plumbing, and electrical connections
+ Knowledge of general home maintenance and landscaping
+ Excitement about learning new skills and working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

+ Ability to Improve the curb-appeal and landscaping of the facility to keep it clean, fresh and uncluttered
+ Ability to manage third-party contractors hired for various capital improvement projects

Total Compensation for the Car Wash and Self-Storage Manager includes:

+ $20/hour working a 40-hour work week (Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with 1 hour lunch break each day)


+ In addition to hourly pay, strong potential to earn additional annual commission if performance incentives are met

*Health insurance, benefits and mileage allowance NOT offered

Job Qualifications:

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must have a High School Diploma/GED equivalent and at least two years of related experience (sales/customer service/leasing/rentals)

Must be a team player and have strong leadership skills

Must be profit driven

Proficient with computers: Word, Excel, Internet

Job requires constant movement and must be able to lift and move 35 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Must have clean employment history, criminal history and driving record. A background check will be conducted
