Our growth creates opportunity for advancement, leadership visibility, and long-term career development while maintaining the supportive, close-knit environment that sets us apart.If you're ready to grow your career while supporting important national missions, we'd love to connect with you.What You'll DoSupport mission-critical programs in secure government environmentsAnalyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality resultsEnsure compliance with contract and security standardsContribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performanceDetermine signal structure and parameters, models RF-domain behavior, processes I/Q and bit-level data, and analyzes radar emissions, scan patterns, scheduling, power, antenna pattern, and polarization characteristics.What You BringActive minimum TS clearanceExperience supporting government or DoD programsAbility to work independently and within a collaborative team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in TechELINT; OPELINT; radar waveforms; DSP; I/Q data; signal processing; emitter analysisMinimum of 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting MSIC and DIA programsAgile, cloud, or modernization experienceBackground in process improvement or analytical servicesStrong knowledge in Python/MATLAB; demodulation; bitstream analysis; antenna theory; radar modesCompensation & BenefitsAt Weeghman & Briggs, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
