RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

You must have full-service concept experience of at least $4M per year
You must have at least 3 years of salaried Restaurant Management experience
You must love working in a positive and fun environment
You must have a genuine hospitality mentality and embrace people-first leadership

RESTAURANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will maintain the company's standards of excellence
You will lead the team through effective motivation and true empathy/care
You will provide continued education and support for the hourly team
You will be involved with the community and networking events
