Diverse Clinical Scope: Manage a compelling blend of chronic kidney disease, renal transplant care, and hypertension. You will enjoy a broad general nephrology panel with a unique emphasis on state-of-the-art home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. Optimal Outpatient Balance: Experience a refreshing departure from the industry-standard hospital burden; while initial volume is a 50/50 split, the role transitions to a 6070% outpatient-heavy model. You will provide coverage at only two local hospitalsReston Hospital Center and Loudoun Hospitalbenefiting from a remarkably low patient hospitalization rate. Operational Excellence: Practice with efficiency in a setting that values your time, featuring two-hour midday breaks for administrative relief. You will be supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant, a renal dietitian, and a seasoned administrative team, allowing you to focus on high-quality patient interactions.
