Job Title: Data Entry Operator Location: Denver, Colorado Type: 12 months Contract Compensation: $22.00 - $25/hr Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite Responsibilities
- Review large volumes of displaced documentation while working onsite at the Records Center
- Locate documents within systems such as SharePoint and ProjectWise
- Validate whether electronic records exist
- Perform quality assurance on scanned images
- Scan missing records
- Link documents into the appropriate database
- Primarily work independently while supporting internal business operations and records management
Requirements
- Administrative or data entry background
- Strong research skills
- Experience with SharePoint and/or ProjectWise
- Database experience
- Record review experience
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, ability to stay on task, and independence
