Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team and provide excellent care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and the ability to work independently, offering assistance with daily living activities. The Caregiver will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by attentively addressing their needs in a respectful and dignified manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Help clients with mobility by assisting them in and out of bed, using walkers, wheelchairs, etc.
- Plan and prepare meals according to specific dietary guidelines, taking into account client preferences.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health, behavior, or needs to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment.
- Manage medication schedules and provide reminders for clients as per their healthcare plan.


**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong observation and problem-solving abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and a high level of reliability.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare procedures and emergency response.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.
- Ability to handle physically demanding activities and tasks.
