Finance Manager
An internationally renowned company in the banking industry is looking to add a Finance Manager to their growing team. Our client is a banking giant overseas and is growing out their NYC branch operations close to Midtown, looking to add someone that can help lead a team of 2 and manage daily operational finance and reporting.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading all financial functions including daily accounting transactions, preparation of budgets, creating complex financial models, leading forecasting initiatives, full P&L management
- Leading all branch Regulatory Reporting functions and work with all regulators on deadlines and other ad-hoc requests
- Managing internal financial reporting to corporate HQ in China
- Overseeing key external relationships with banks, auditors, consultants, and vendors
- Responsible for all treasury and cash management, as well as leading strategic projects across the firm
- Partnering with management on establishing proper internal controls and policies/procedures in accordance with US GAAP
- Must have experience from a banking institution and have strong Regulatory Reporting experience
- Fluency in Mandarin is required
- CPA is required
