Key Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among K-12 students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in individual and group settings
• Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to coordinate effective supports
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation for student records
