General Sales Manager – D1 Training

What You’ll Do

You will own revenue, performance, and leadership inside the facility:

● Drive daily sales activity (calls, appointments, shows, closes)
● Sell high-ticket personal training & memberships
● Lead weekly performance reviews across:
○ Lead generation & conversion
○ Sales metrics & revenue
○ Retention & client experience
● Execute strategies to improve profitability, efficiency, and growth
● Deliver a world-class experience to every client — from first-time athletes to professionals

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

● Front-of-house leadership & client experience
● Membership setup, POS transactions, and reporting (MindBody)
● Managing retail sales & inventory
● Supporting events and community engagement
● Maintaining accurate daily/weekly KPI and financial reporting

Qualifications

● 3+ years of high-ticket sales + management experience
● Fitness industry experience preferred
● Proven ability to close at a high level
● Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
● Associate degree (preferred)

Compensation

● Base + Performance Bonuses
● OTE: $60,000 – $80,000+
● Unlimited upside based on performance
